1) You must possess a specific skill set and personality. Not all Burners will find Rangers to be a good fit.
2) You must have attended a past Saguaro Man, or be a Black Rock Ranger, or be an approved regional ranger.
2) You must complete a mentor shift with a veteran ranger on playa.
