Low Income Tickets

Instructions for the Saguaro Man Low Income Ticket Program

SOLD OUT

This is our second time continuing the Low Income Ticket for those who are in need of assistance in obtaining financial assistance towards their ticket. We saw great success the first time we ran this program last year and wanted to continue the tradition. Now you can apply right away and we highly encourage you to take the time to gather your necessary documentation and prepare your thoughts for your application. This program is based on a first come first serve basis until all applications have been reviewed. These tickets are reserved for participants on a limited income who cannot otherwise afford a normal priced ticket. These tickets are non-transferable and available by application and review process. Only those who are approved for a Low Income Ticket will be notified via email no later than April 21st, 2024.

If you are reading this currently, then yes there are still Low Income Tickets available. You can reach the application here: Low Income Ticket Application.  [airtable link / website info]

Program Guidelines:

The application has more detailed instructions, but here’s what you need to know so you can be prepared to apply. Upon reviewing this application if you are unsure that you may or may not qualify please send a detailed message to  lowincometickets @ azburners.org — *Please note that this email is not an acceptable alternative for applying for a Low Income Ticket*

Program Restrictions:

If you purchase a ticket to Saguaro Man in any other way, you are not eligible for a Low Income Ticket.

In respect to the effort in this program, and your desire to attend Saguaro Man we are requesting you to put some effort into your application.

If a ticket to Saguaro Man is transferred into your name before April 21st, 2024 then we will disregard your Low Income Ticket application and thank you for taking the time to apply. Since a ticket will already be transferred to you, you are no longer eligible to receive a Low Income Ticket, and your award will be granted to another applicant in the event this happens.

Incomplete or unfinished applications will not be accepted for review.

Application Restrictions:

The application will be available from January 3rd – April 15th, 2024, or as soon as we have enough applicants, whichever comes first. Submit your application as soon as possible, do not hesitate on this opportunity!

Applications are limited to one per person. No significant others, paired or group applications. However you may reference each other in your applications if you wish to do so.

Applications are strictly limited to one per email address. We are keeping this simple, in an effort to efficiently and carefully give all applicants a fair chance for review.

We are requesting that you do not fill out this form on someone else’s behalf, or submit an application in effort to secure tickets or circumvent the system.  In the event of a special circumstance where someone may be unable to do so, please send an e-mail to  LowIncomeTickets @ azburners.org and we will contact you back.

You must use your legal name on your application. If you are awarded a ticket you will be required to show a legal photo ID at the gate to enter Saguaro Man.

We will not request additional documentation or clarification, please ensure your application is complete prior to submitting the form. Once you submit below there is no adding to, so please take your time to collect everything you need and even open a blank document so you can edit and review your answers before submitting.

If you are interested in volunteering and express such in your application, then we may reach out to you with more information regarding that specifically.
