The application has more detailed instructions, but here’s what you need to know so you can be prepared to apply. Upon reviewing this application if you are unsure that you may qualify please send a detailed message to lowincometickets @ azburners.org
If you purchase a ticket to Saguaro Man in 2023 in any other way, you are not eligible for a Low Income Ticket.
In respect to the effort in this program, and your desire to attend Saguaro Man 2023 we are requesting you to put some effort into your application.
If a ticket to Saguaro Man 2023 is transferred into your name before March 31st, 2023 then we will disregard your Low Income Ticket application and thank you for taking the time to apply. Incomplete or unfinished applications will not be accepted for review.
The application will be available from March 9th- March 23rd, 2023 or as soon as we have enough applicants, whichever comes first. Submit your application as soon as possible, do not hesitate on this opportunity!
Applications are limited to one per person. No significant others, paired or group applications. However you may reference each other in your applications if you wish to do so.
Applications are strictly limited to one per email address. We are keeping this simple, in an effort to efficiently and carefully give all applicants a fair chance for review.
We are requesting that you do not fill out this form on someone else’s behalf, or submit an application in effort to secure tickets or circumvent the system. In the event of a special circumstance where someone may be unable to do so, please send an e-mail to LowIncomeTickets @ azburners.org and we will contact you back.
You must use your legal name on your application. If you are awarded a ticket you will be required to show a legal photo ID at the gate to enter Saguaro Man.
We will not request additional documentation or clarification of your finances or circumstances, because of this please ensure your application is thorough and complete prior to submitting it. Once you submit your Low Income Ticket Application there are no addendums or reapplying. Please take as much time as needed to think about and prepare your responses accordingly. Opening a blank document or workspace so you can edit and proofread your answers before submitting is highly encouraged.
If you are interested in volunteering and express such in your application, then we may reach out to you with more information regarding that specifically.
